Application

The roll clamp attachment lifts reels of material, such as paper, from the vertical position and rotates to the horizontal position, by means of powered motorised clamping and rotation.

The roll clamp attachment is used for gripping loads by the diameter or circumference such as reels, rolls, drums, barrels etc.

Features

1.The unique vertical drive cell, and special stacker’s gear box, which are far away from the dust, long-term moisture erosion, good heat dissipation, it is conducive to work in long time.

2.The mast high fixed: increase the reliability of the mast, fork legs are welded with the body, and the material thickness is up to 50mm to keep body shapre permanently.
3.To improve the truck stability: the body width is changed from 650mm to 680mm, the balance wheel tread is changed from 510mm to 580mm, the diameter is changed from 125mm to 150mm, the sense of overturning is reduced when turning.
4.Tandem loading wheels, wheelbase be increased 10mm of the two front wheel.
5.Damping spring: Without frequent adjustment, the damper spring can proactively adjust vertical drive cell according to road conditions, reduce the impact of the driving unit from road, balance drive, balanced wheel’s driven force, improve the efficiency of running smoothly.
6.Oil line safety shut-off valve, reduce the goods suddenly decline, body dumping, goods scattered possibility for the oil tube burst suddenly, to ensure the safety of personnel and cargo.
7.Reinforced mast: new design of mast strengthens frame’s top weld, reduces mast deformation cased by cargo loading at high altitudes or when shaking, extends the life of rolling parts.
8.Turning speed limit: sensor system initiatively detects the control system to enables truck slow down speed automatically and initiatively guarantee the safety of persons and goods.

9.Handle: according to the ergonomic design, set accelarator, commutation, horn, brake, emergency reverse, and other functions as one, it is easy to learn, do not need driver’s license, it can be operated after training.

10.Set one damping spring and non-slip mats on the pedal in the priginal return spring based, sufficient to cope with the bumpy roads, people and vehicles, to reduce fatigue.
