What Causes Power Display Failure on Electric Forklift?

Power failure on electric forklift is a common problem during operation, and there are many possible causes. Let's discuss the causes of it.

1. Low voltage will also cause the Electric forklift to have no power display information, the motor terminal voltage is more than 10% lower than the rated current, atrucknd the motor starting torque is too small, making the electric forklift unable to move and work. During the inspection period, use a multimeter or voltmeter to measure the motor input terminal voltage.

Damage to electrical appliances, disconnection or poor contact of the main circuit and control system of the permanent magnet motor will also cause the permanent magnet motor of the forklift to fail to work normally due to overvoltage. In such cases, it is necessary to repair the main circuits and control systems. During the overhaul period, the motor must be burned to prevent overvoltage of the power supply from the main circuit and control system to the three-phase motor.

3. Check whether the power distribution line supplies power to the electric forklift. Typically, electrical probes are used for testing. If it is not plugged in, the work will be completed when it is plugged in.

4. When the permanent magnet motor of an Electric forklift is suddenly plugged in and causes harm, the motor must be disconnected from the power cord first and only supply power to the main circuit and control system. Then tap the run and stop buttons and regularly check and analyze the control appliances. And the working condition of the circuit, repair and replace the faulty electrical appliances or circuits with new ones. Only after ensuring that there are no problems with the main circuits and control systems can they be put back online for testing.
